Refund Policy

     Please note that your Training Registration Fee is fully refundable for cancellation if received two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of class, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellation made after this date will not receive a refund, but a $50 certificate good for any GRS Institute training within the next 12 months. Any cancellation and request for a refund must be emailed to training@grsinstitute.com, mailed to our Sarasota office located at 6995 Professional Parkway East, Sarasota, Florida 34240 or faxed to GRS Institute’s Accounting Department at 941.907.4773.  A refund will be mailed within 30 days following the last day of the selected training session. Substitutions may be made at any time without charge and must be submitted in writing to the address above prior to the scheduled training session.
